Hillcrest Designs, LLC. (“Company,” “we” or “us”) appreciate your use of The Guest Table website. The Company respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This is our privacy policy and we will comply with it, as well as all applicable law, when we gather and use information we collect from you.

We created this privacy policy (“Policy”) to explain the types of information we collect through The Guest Table, online services, mobile and other applications and social networking platforms on which it is posted (each referred to herein as a “Site”). When using the Site, you may provide information about yourself, such as name, address, phone number, and email. This may occur, for example, when you register to use the Site as a bride or a guest to a reception. This Policy explains how we will use, disclose and protect this information once it is collected, and how you may be able to opt-out of some of our uses and disclosures of your information. You agree to the terms of this Policy, as amended from time to time, when you visit the Site.

We may collect personal information on or through the Site or various circumstances when you visit the Site. Personal information is information that can be used to identify you or contact you as an individual, as well as information attributed with such information. Personal information includes, but is not limited to your name, age or date of birth, mailing address, email address, and telephone number. It also includes your payment card information, your event dates and related information.

We collect personal information in a variety of manners, including when you conduct a transaction on our Site, create an account, edit your online profile, subscribe to our blog, post pictures of your event, or submit a question on comment by using our “contact us” feature. You may not be able to participate in certain activities on the Site or access certain areas on the Site unless you provide us with the requested personal information.

Our Site allows you to send information about our Site, our services and offerings to another person. You may provide us with information (names and email addresses) of the people involved in or who will attend your wedding. The guests and/or participants in the wedding who opt to use our Site will be required to provide personal information in order to access certain features on the Site. We store this information to send notifications and updates about the event and to send promotional materials.

These companies may use information about your visits to the Site and other websites that you visit in order to provide advertisements about good and services that may interest you. We operate on many social networking and blogging platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WordPress and Pinterest, and we may incorporate some third-party social networking features on our Site or use third-party platforms to publish or manage the Site or portions of the Site. We may receive some personal information about you from these Sites. This Policy covers the personal information we may collect on social networking platforms. The social networking platforms and third-party social networking features have their own privacy policies and may also collect your personal information.

Mobile App

We may make mobile applications available for the Site that you can download directly onto your mobile device. We may collect your personal information through the mobile app. The mobile app may also collect information about your mobile device including the IP address, type, operating system and connection information. Our mobile app may have access to your real- time location information if you enable that feature on your mobile device. This Policy covers personal information we collect through the mobile app. We may update the Policy from time to time with terms specifically for our mobile app.

Usage and Disclosure

In general, we use the information we collect from you to communicate with you and operate the Site. Our servers automatically collect your IP address when you visit the Site, and we may associate that with your domain name or that of your Internet access provider. We may also capture certain information pertaining to your usage of and navigation around the Site. We may for example, capture information about your computer or device, web browser and operating system and setting, the referring page that linked you to the Site, the pages or ads you see or click on during your visit to our Site and for how long you do so, items you download, and any search terms you use while on our Site. This information may be used for a variety of purposes, including, for example to gather statistical information about our clients.

How We May Use Your Personal Information

Do Not Track Disclosures

It may not be clear at times whether users intend to transmit these signals or whether they are even aware the website emits these signals. There is no industry standard about what websites should do when they receive these signals. We currently disable the trace and track feature on our Site.

Our third-party partners, such as ad networks, social media and other networking platforms collect information about your online activities over time and across our Site and other online properties. These third-parties do not change their tracking practices in response to Do Not Track settings on your web browser and we do not require these third-parties to honor Do Not Track settings. Information about how to opt-out from your data being used by third-parties can be found above under “Opt-Out and Opt-In”.

How We Share Information

We may share the information we collect on the Site with others including third-parties for their marketing purposes, unless you Opt-Out. We may also provide limited personal information about you including your first name, the first initial of your last name, wedding and reception location, date, color preferences, and theme, with our affiliates for their marketing purposes. We may also share your personal information when we believe, in good faith, that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or property, or to protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud or respond to a government or judicial or other legal request or requirement to comply with the law. We may also use your personal information in connection with a corporate change or dissolution, including a merger or acquisition, reorganization, consolidation, bankruptcy, liquidation, sale of assets, or wind-down of our business.

In addition, we may share your non-personal information with others, for their use, in a form that does not include your name or contact information.

If you participate in certain public or community areas of our Site, the information you voluntarily disclose will be accessible to other Site members and, in some cases, the general public. You may choose to make table and seat selections only available to your guests and friends via a password. If you do not choose this option, then anyone visiting the Site may be able to search for and view your table and seat selections by using your first and last name or other information regarding your event.

Text Messages

We may seek to send messages to you on your mobile device via text messaging. You consent to receive text messages and offerings from us on your mobile device when you submit your mobile phone number to us. You can elect to Opt-Out of this service by following the opt-out instructions provided in the text message.

You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the device when you sign up to use text messaging, and you are authorized to approve the applicable charges.

Your Access Rights

You may be able to review, update or modify certain personal information that is stored in a user account setup on the Site by logging into the “My Account” portion of the Site or by contacting us using the “Contact Us” information below. We may ask you to verify your identity and to provide other details before we are able to provide you with any information, correct any inaccuracies, or delete any information. Your right to delete your information is subject to our record retention policies.

Security

We use many different methods to safeguard the security and integrity of the personal information we collect on the Site. For example, we protect against brute force login attacks with Login Lockdown feature. This feature includes intrusion detection measures, firewall protection, access controls and restrictions for the secure areas of our Site. We also place various access controls and restrictions on use of and access to your personal information. Our payment card information is encrypted within our system. We accept payment through Stripe. Your personal information is subject to Stripe's privacy policies if you make payments through Stripe. Our security system allows us to restrict use of files or folders to key employees and others with verified passwords.

Children Under the Age of 13

This Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or store any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not register on the Site, make purchases through the Site or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number or email address. Changes to this Policy

We may change this Policy from time to time. We will let you know when we do by posting the changed Policy on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. In some cases, we may inform you of material changes to our Policy by sending you an email.
